Study Abroad Prep Course is not just about studying Japanese. We will teach you how to use them in a real life.

You will have 150 hours of Japanese language study experience by the time you apply for a visa (Certificateof Eligibility).

Study Abroad Prep Course
Either 150 hours of study expe-rience or JLPT N5 are at least required when applying to a student visa in Japan.
Our Study Abroad Prep Course is not a course just to meet the requirements. You will learn a fundamental of Japanese before coming to Japan, so that you can build up Japanese skills effectively after arrival.
- Teachers are all native and qualified as professional Japanese teachers.
- You can start with zero knowledge of Japanese.
- In addition to teacher-led live classes, there also time for self-study and home work.
Course information
１．Course starts!
Application deadline is 10 days prior to the starting day.
２．Live lessons (100 hrs) + Self-study (50 hrs)
Teacher-led live lessons：We practice everyday life topics so that you can communicate from the day you arrived to Japan.
Self-study & homework：You use Flipgrid and FingerBoard to practice speaking and writing.
３．Apply for a student visa (CoE)
If you wish to study at Intercultural Institute of Japan, we will screen your documents and apply to the immigration bureau.
４．Final push (50 hrs) & Online activities
Final push：Let’s try to expose yourself to Japanese until your arri-val so that you don’t forget anything.
Online activities：Online activities allow you to experience Japan from your room. You can join the activities as much as you want.
５．Arrive in Japan and start a student life in Japan!
Study abroad in Japan is finally starting! You may a little worry about your new adventure but it’s okay. Be confident that you have studied Japanese for 6 months already. Let’s make your study abroad life successfull!
Room tour： A Japanese family show you to their rooms. What’s in their fridge?!
Walk & Talk： Local Japanese people introduce you to tourist and local sites. You can go there when you are finally in Japan!
Yoga： Refresh your body and brain, and study hard!
Origami： Let’s try one of the most popular Japanese traditions.
Let’s make a song：Let’s make a unique song using Japanese.
Cooking： Set up your device in the kitchen and let’s cook together.
